Welcome to Timbers Country Hotel and Restaurant which offers superb food that is locally sourced and freshly prepared. The charming accommodation is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodlands.  Timber’s is close to Downham Market, Swaffham and Kings Lynn and known as Norfolk’s best kept secret.

 

We have thirty rooms at Timbers offering a variety of choices; chalets with separate living room, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom (some include a double sofa bed). Twin chalets, deluxe double rooms, luxury Sycamore suite for a relaxing weekend escape and the all important romantic Honeymoon suite with it’s sleigh bed and Jacuzzi bath.  For the larger group, we have two gorgeous log cabins which will accommodate six people. 

 

Wake up to our fantastic value for money breakfast; Choose from the traditional full English or continental, along with cereals, fruit, yoghurt and toast. Juices and beverages are served as usual.

 

​Many of our chalets have been refurbished with oak floors and tastefully decorated for your home-from-home comfort and pleasure, refurbishment of all chalets is still in progress and will be finished some time in 2014.

 

Free Wi-Fi is available in the main bar and most of the rooms.

The earliest check in time is 12 noon.  Please inform reception if you require an early check in.

The standard check in time is from 2 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. 
 

The hotel does not run a 24 hour reception service.

Card details and payment upon arrival, is a requirement 

 

Please note, any advanced bookings such as blocked bookings for wedding guests or private events, need to be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. 

 

24 hour Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations must be processed from 12 noon the day before the booking
at the very latest.   Failure to cancel within the 24 hour period given will result in
a non-refundable booking.  

 

Please note, we retain a £20 fee on any cancellations.
